Chambres petites ,personnel pas sympa. Pas de machine café,rien dans le frigo. Je ne reviendrais pas 0 pour un Sheraton

Le personnel est tres bien, aussi bien au bar, que au petit dejeuner. Il sont tres serviables et souriants. Les chambres sont veillottes, et les douches sales (joints moisis, pommeau de douche branlant). Les chambres sont egalement assez bruyantes.

Ne mérite pas ses 5 étoiles. Hôtel vieillot dans une zone sale et taguée. Salle de bain sentant le moisi, moquette vieille au sol. Personnel peu motivé. Totalement impersonnel. Au bar, le Spritz était "transparent" (manque d'Apérol de prosecco)
