Remember to bring your own bath plug!
Posted Feb. 26, 2024 on HotelsStay was pleasant with an amazing view. Close to the center of Zakopane, Gubalowka. We had to pay 12 zl when we checked in- no idea for what? Breakfast and pass for the swimming pool and hot terms were included. Unfortunately, we haven't got a bath plug to our bath. So we couldn't have a batha, the shower was very poor. I had to wait 1 day for the staff to find a bath plug! Remember to bring your own bath plug!

Lovely hotel will definitely look at staying again, just to many noisy children. Will have to look at not booking in polish holidays.

I liked its location, and spa within boundaries of the complex, and included in the price.

Aqua Park and Sauna in Zakopane
Posted May 22, 2023 on HotelsWe were in low season, so things might be better at high times. Massage and other therapies not available as posted. Most staff had poor English skills and not all signs available in English. Waited for dinner time first night only to be told reservations had to be made one day in advance. An email stating this would have been helpful. While main building is connected to Aqua Park and thermal pools, staff at hotel were not aware of food service there. Make sure you choose rooms that are connected to Aqua Park, otherwise saunas and unlimited access aren't included (we were okay, but other guests had this experience). Downtown Zakopane is a 20 minute walk . The location is beautiful, but reception staff often not helpful due to English (and our lack of Polish). The site does seem to be family friendly with outdoor places, and a bowling alley in addition to Aqua Park. Our rooms had balcony which made for beautiful view of mountains. It was wonderful to be in the outdoor heated pool at sunset with the Tatras in the distance.
