The Villas

This complex of three luxury suites - villas is the latest addition in "Dolce" collection.

Dolce Luxury Suites were designed and built with care in every detail to meet the highest standards of comfort and beauty thus providing their guests an unforgettable holiday experience. Positioned just 50 meters away from a small and peaceful sandy beach called Psarou on the north coast of Zante, they can become the perfect location for your vacation either you are searching for a romantic honeymoon destination, a holiday home to explore the island or a family holiday resort.

General Information:

Each one of the "Dolce Luxury Suites" covers a 135 m² surface of living space and an outdoor terrace of 70 m2 with a private swimming pool. Each has 3 spacious double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, 3 balconies with amazing sea views, a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

Each suite has a sofa bed comfortable enough to sleep the 7th person.

Local Area:

The suites - villas are almost surrounded by olive groves just 50 meters away from a sandy beach of the Ionian Sea with crystal clear waters. Within walking distance you will be delighted to find a selection of taverns serving traditional and Mediterranean recipes. In the local area and within short distance 2-3 km there are many more beautiful sandy beaches like Alykes and Alykanas. Furthermore the villas could be the ideal base for short trips around Zakynthos Island especially to the North coast where the world famous Shipwreck beach is.

Traditional villages, Greek orthodox churches, museums, nightlife as well as water sports can also be found in the local area as well as across Zante Island, providing many alternatives to choose from, in order to experience the holidays you wish for.

Fantastic experience
This has been one of the easiest holidays that we have ever had. From the first communication the owner Dion was so helpful assisting us with everything from the booking to car hire recommendations. We were met at the airport and he helped us to find our hire car, we then followed him to the villa so there was none of the usual getting lost on the way! Dion was always available for any help and advice during our stay and also left us some lovely local products to try. The villa itself was spotless and had everything you could require. It is a 2 minute walk from a small beach with a few local tavernas and a small shop also in very easy walking distance. You do really need a car if you want to get out and about though with a few more shops and places to eat 5 minutes by car and the nearest large resort about 10 minutes away. The beauty of Zakynthos however is that nothing is that far away and this was a lovely peaceful place off the beaten track to escape to after a day in the bigger resorts or on one of the many trips the island offers. We travelled with 4 teenagers and the added bonus of this holiday is the lovely Sissy who does the cleaning in the villa every day, meaning our teens kept their rooms fairly tidy for a change and we didn't have that last day mega clear up everyone dreads! This has truly been a brilliant and stress free holiday and we would really like to visit again in the future. Thank you Dion and Sissy for your kindness and care and a really lovely stay.

Beautiful stay in every way
Our family of four adult stayed at this lovely villa for three days and it was perfect for us. The location cannot be highlighted enough. Beautiful views, walking distance to restaurants, beach, and a small market. Dionysios was the perfect host, ensuring everything in the apartment was to our satisfaction. He met us at the ferry upon our arrival and allowed us to follow him to the villa, which was most helpful. After arriving, he pointed out highlights of the island and the villa itself. When we left Zakynthos, we had an early morning ferry, and he met us at the dock with breakfast! Such a great personal touch. There is staff on site, and Ms. Sissy, the housekeeper is available to clean daily and even do laundry. We had planned to do this ourselves as we had a lot to wash on arrival, but she handled it all. All three villas on site were occupied through most of our stray, which made parking slightly tricky, but manageable. Seriously, that was the only issue we encountered and it really wasn’t an issue for us. We highly recommend stay at this beautiful villa.

Siamo stati ospitati da Dyonisios in questa bellissima struttura dal 16 al 22 agosto 2023. Abbiamo soggiornato nella villa n.1 in 7 persone (2 famiglie). La struttura è di recente costruzione e si presta ad ospitare più persone perché le 3 camere da letto hanno ognuna un bagno privato. Lo spazio esterno è molto curato e la presenza della piscina privata ha reso ancora più confortevole il soggiorno. La spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi (in 2 o 3 minuti) e gode della presenza di un ristorante tipico a pranzo e a cena. Arredamento nuovo e funzionale (forno, frigo, lavastoviglie e stoviglie perfette). Le ville sono gestite da Dyonisios, un host speciale pieno di attenzioni per i suoi ospiti: all'arrivo ci ha accolto al traghetto per farci strada ed ogni giorno ci ha coccolato con prodotti tipici). Da non dimenticare la presenza di Miss Sissy, la gentile governante che si è presa cura degli spazi interni ed esterni. Consigliatissimo!!!!!

Fantastic!
We had a really fabulous holiday at Dionysius' house! He was incredibly helpful before and during the holiday. The location of the house is lovely - a quiet neighborhood but we could easily walk to at least 5 tavernas and it looks like more will open up for the summer. We hired a car and mostly went to Xigia beach which is stunning. Tsilivi and Alykanas are really close for shopping and more beaches and tavernas. We loved it so much I think we will be back to this house next year!

Amazing property and wonderful host
The location of the property is stunning with sea views looking across to Kefalonia and a very short walk to Psarou beach. Our host, Dionysius, could not have been more welcoming and above all, kind. Nothing was too much trouble. Sissy the house keeper was also very kind and helpful. In October Psarou is quiet but the weather was perfect for us to sit out by the pool. It was also amazing to raise the window shutters every morning and look out on a stunning view. There is nothing I could fault about the house. It is as perfect as it looks in the pictures.

Superb!
This was by far the most relaxing and enjoyable holiday experience. The villa was beautiful and clean and we felt like we were home from home. Gorgeous pool and the host thought of every comfort you might want or need even down to providing dishwasher tablets to use. There are several restaurants in the area, at least 4 in easy walking distance, and a mini market which has just about every essential as well as bags of ice. What made this the best holiday for us was how helpful and supportive our host, Dionysios, was. He collected us at the airport and took us back after the holiday but often checked in too to see if we needed anything. We came away knowing we have a new and valued friend. Thank you! Highly recommended!!

If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in a quieter location this is the holiday for you. There are gorgeous beaches and several lovely restaurants within walking distance or a short drive if you prefer. Dionysios is the perfect host and Sissi, with her magic cleaning skills, is fabulous. We had the most amazing time and can't wait to go back.

Perfectly peaceful!
We had the most amazing stay in the villa with Dionysios being the perfect host. He kindly met us at the airport and then showed us around the villa and gave details of local tavernas and activities to do around the island. Sissy was available to clean on most days and she and Dionysios made us feel so welcome but also gave us plenty of space. The villa was modern and very clean, the air conditioning was efficient and very quiet, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was lovely to cool off in (although not in depth for the children - or me at 5ft 2in!) but this didn’t matter at all. The sunbeds were comfortable and there was a huge parasol for shade when needed. Pool towels were also provided. We were in villa 1 overlooking the olive groves and it was so tranquil. You definitely need a car to stay here, there is a small shop and 3 restaurants within walking distance and a small bay. The nearest larger town / beaches of Alakys and Alakanas are around 15 mins drive away. We couldn’t have enjoyed our holiday anymore and would thoroughly recommend staying here if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

The owner, Dionysios, made our entire experience easy and is a true ambassador to the island! Great communications, he met us at the airport and when heading back to the US, his pharmacist wife was able to easily covid test us right at the villa. Dioynosios’s place was a gorgeous property. Spacious, modern and immaculate! They cleaned everyday and the cleaning woman Circe was so friendly and helpful. As for Dioynosios, he went above and beyond to help us in a bind. I cannot recommend him and his property highly enough. Cannot wait to go back!

We had an amazing holiday. Zakynthos, the villa and the villa’s owner were all amazing. The Villa was perfect, modern and clean with a nice pool to chill by and cool off in. Local beach and restaurants within walking distance including Porta del Mer. Further afield would recommend Paradosiako restaurant in Alykes just down the road. Some great beaches but our favourite was Gerakas beach which was stunning - lovely sand, shallow water and stunning surroundings. I would also recommend a board trip around the island to see the shipwreck, caves and swim in the sea. Thank you Dennis for looking after us so kindly and for gifting us the updated version of the song Carrie, now changed to Ceri, which will be with us for the rest of our lives!

Property is as described- beautiful and well appointed. Dionysios met us at the port, and made sure we had no issues getting to the property or negotiating the island. He and his assistant (Sissy) took care of everything we needed from providing fresh fruit and local wine, to taking care of laundry for us. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

Dennis Fantastic Host of three luxury Greek villas. Picked us up from Airport and his communication is fantastic , he organised 3 quad bikes delivered to our door and on arrival talked us through the island and where to eat and visit and showed us the villa it was our little welcome meeting and was very useful with a welcome bottle wine and fruit. The maid was fantastic cleaning everyday and even doing washing and returning the next day 5 star service.Perfect location to explore island 2 restaurants and beach 5 mins walk everything you need pool fantastic sunbeds and parasol and lovely BBQ area will return sometime in future . 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

A relaxing break in a high quality villa with an exceptional host
My family have just returned from a 7 night stay. Our experience was excellent. The host was so helpful, attentive and kind and did everything he could to ensure we had a good holiday; before we arrived his communication was excellent, he met us at the airport to ensure we knew the directions to the villa, provided a good overview of the local area and a real surprise was that he regularly left us local produce to try. The property is spotless, everything is a high standard and as reflected in the pictures. If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday this is an ideal villa and location.
