Great stay!
Publié le 16 août 2024 sur HotelsWe had a water backup in the tub when taking a shower. Told the receptionist about it and she called maintenance and they fixed it while we were out to dinner. Excellent service. Receptionist was also very cordial.
The breakfast in the morning was way above expectation. Very good!

After a long day it was nice to be greeted by a smiling face and sleep in a comfortable clean room!

The staff were very friendly and quick to help. Overall the quality of the hotel was not good. The lobby and exterior were very nice. Once we entered the room we noticed it was very humid, the carpet felt wet, there was a blood streak in the bed so we were moved to a second room. The second room had sticky floors and a stain across the lamp shade. I cannot say I would ever stay here again.

I don't think the cost matched the condition. First, the queen sized bed was more like a full sized bed. The AC got very cold then would cut off and get warm. The AC would turn on and off so often that it was hard to sleep. Lastly, the photos in the review make the hotel look freshly painted and nicer than it was. I don't see myself booking with this hotel again.
