El personal, la manager. Fueron muy groseras, mal educadas. Tan es así que aunque ya me habian cobrado, me fui a otro hotel. Eso eso un nido de ratas (sin querer ofender a dichos roedores)

It was an horrible exporience. The owner told me that I hadto Confirm 2 days before, because she had to pay a employee OverNigth before my resercation to wait my Confirmation. Itis not my fold thatthis is a poor hotel. And I apologize about my english. If you guys understand spanish,i am sure that u are not gonna stay there.

Location was great. Only ones there. No hot water to take showers in either room after a long day of working. No breakfast

Thank you for your comment. In the months of July / August based on the heat index, even when the boiler is set at the lowest the water is excessively hot. In fact we had several complaints, the water was too hot and we even suffer losses because occupied rooms were fully refunded. It was an economic distress. For the last couple of years, we turn off the boiler and we got compliments instead of complaints. We were recommended by a professional plumber that we either leave the boiler ON or OFF. It cannot be adjusted based on the need of every guest. I hope that you will understand our situation. About the breakfast, I think that the guest was not aware that the breakfast area is next to the reception area. Your comment is well heeded and thank you.

The property was clean and the help nice. I wanted to increase my length of stay after I had booked for two nights. The phone number listed was not working so booked elsewhere. The Internet was not working well but we were in a part of the country that had poor reception. I was disappointed in that it was to have a breakfast and when we arrived it was store bought muffins and coffee.

I agree we should do better with the breakfast but we need people like you to help us lobby for a Walmart and a HEB for Zapata. At the end of the day it is patriotic to support our business community because as a community we will grow and aspire. Thank for your kind comment and compliments. Private companies claim that their products are exclusive only to franchise. What a shame.

Everything look nice and everything it was great the only thing I needed that I think that needs it's a new carpet carpet was real old and dingy and mattresses World more than 20 years

It is sad that given the purpose of your visit that you would write such untruth, you are heard but we cannot promise you that we will listen. I hope that when you over your personal grief you will understand that hotels are legal entities that are governed by laws and not by emotions.
