Buena ubicación, desayuno aceptable. Cama normal.
Negativo: te hacen meter monedas en la maquina de aire acondicionado, alguna se las tragó sin dar servicio, ausencia de ascensor, teniendo en el peor de los casos que subir 4 plantas

Very disappointing experience
Publié le 11 août 2019 sur HotelsI booked a room, I thought located in the Electra guesthouse, with King bed, there was supposed to be Wifi and the breakfast was supposed to be included.
As I arrived I understood that they have moved me to a shared apartment in one of the rooms, with bunk beds and no window, the apartment was on a different location, not too far away, but with worse location. After I argued about the bed and I showed them my original booked room, they moved me to better room with a normal bed, but no AC, and as the night came I saw that the lights in the room are not working. The bathroom was outside the room, and I had a separate key for it.
As I came back after dinner, the key was not functioning and I couldn't get in. I went back to Electra guesthouse, where they told me the key is a little damaged and I should try harder. They refused to come with me to help me with the key. At the end they agreed to give me another pair of keys and I went by myself again to try to get into the appartment.
In the apartment there was no Wifi, and also no breakfast. Very disappointing experience.

The location was ideal,however we were on the top floor lots of stairs so would not be suitable for anyone who struggles ,no assistance with luggage upstairs The staff were pleasent including the male owner,however we found the female owner unhelpful did not make us feel welcome as soon as we arrived she complained that we should have paid more money than we had for the accommodation,Expedia had undercharged.this immediately made us feel uncomfortable.The air conditioning cost needs to be taken into account for anyone booking to stay at the guest house.The room was small but clean.Breakfast was good ,but be aware the owner cat is allowed to wander around the dining area and kitchen.
