The host was accessible when I had questions and responded quickly. The propery is in a quiet neighborhood. The home was very roomy and comfortable. The only thing that would have been nice was if it had ceiling fans. And the blinds at the sliding door be replaced since some are missing. Other than that the property was great. If in the area again will definitely stay again.

unlikely to rent again-dirty
Publié le 28 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwaydont rent from this place. this property has space but is dirty and unkept on the inside. duct tape is holding together parts of the floor, carpet is soiled, the walls are all scuffed up and linens/towels smelled. they force you to pay either a large deposit or get the insurance and then say you damaged the property.

Be careful to rent out to this guest.
She damaged our property, and when we called her attention to the damage, she started bullying the host.
She said, "They force you to pay either a large deposit or get the insurance and then say you damaged the property". The hosts and guests know payment goes directly to Vrbo, and the host has nothing to do with payment. The host only gets booking confirmation after the guest has settled payment with Vrbo.
Even though we gave the guest a walk-through of the property before booking, we were surprised by the flaming excuses she wrote on the review.
We are convinced she turned to bully us because of the damage she caused to our property, and we filed a claim to fix it. To all the hosts, be the judge and be CAREFUL with this guest.

Up To Date Rental, Easy Check In, Spacious in a Quiet Neighborhood
Publié le 25 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayOverall, our experience at the rental was good. There was adequate parking for 2 suvs and check-in was easy. I thought I'd have access information at the actual time of check-in but didn't receive the information until I requested it. It was a minor inconvenience and the host was quickly responsive after my inquiry was submitted. The cleanliness of the property could have used some improvement but was not bad; examples include a couple of stray hairs in 2 of the 3 beds, a spider found on the couch, an unwashed knife found in the knife caddy, and dusty baseboards and a couple of popcorn kernals in the carpeted area. There were paper towels in the kitchen but none in either of the bathrooms; however towels were provided there. The amenities in the kitchen were great, however I did not feel there was adequate enough living room seating for 6 adults. It was an enjoyable experience and would rent again if the host would have us.

Brand new house and best place to stay
Publié le 30 sept. 2021 sur HomeAwayI stayed 9 days and seriously this house is the cleanest and the most comfortable house ever.
I am very picky and have bug phobia so I can’t stay in the place where is old or bugs around. You don’t need to worry about it and I felt like my home during my stay.
- Easy to access to the highway.
- Food lion is 3 mins drive
- Nice, safe and quite neighbors
- New subdivisions
Highly recommended!!!
