Dejlig lejlighed i centrum af zell am see. Kun positiv herfra med check in og check out før tid og meget let at gå til med nøgleskab. Der var alt det vi skulle bruge i lejligheden.

Disappointing stay
Publié le 10 janv. 2019 sur HotelsVery disappointed with Hotels.com not notifying us of a 60euro cleaning fee imposed after a 1 night stay. There add also says theres a full size fridge and a dishwasher however no dishwasher and a small fridge. The quality of a accommodation was well below par.... not at all in line with same rated places. The lady that checked us in was lovely but the additional fees were ridiculous!!! Very very disappointing.

Hello,
thank you for staying with us. The local fees are stated on hotels.com website in the section for fees to pay localy. Also before the payment confirmation site is shown, this fee is shown again. In Austria in all apartments the final cleaning is a separate fee. The apartment you had booked is our budget studio apartment, which does not have a dishwasher. All large apartments do have a fully equipped kitchen with European size fridge.
