10/10 hotel! Amazing property and amenities. Their attention to detail when it comes to hospitality is top notch. Every staff member was exceptionally helpful and kind. Next time we return to Zermatt we will definitely choose to come back to this hotel!

Posted Aug. 20, 2024 on HotelsThe hotel is absolutely beautiful, nicely renovated, extremely comfortable and has all the modern conveniences. The only slight disappointment was the restaurant. It was too brightly lit, lacking ambiance and the service was disappointing.

Claudio and the staff were all amazing. Professional and super efficient yet with a homey atmosphere for a very high end property. Nothing was too much for them! Hotel manager was also terrific. Will definitely stay there again. Very welcoming and happy environment. Thank you Mont Cervin Palace!!

The property is gorgeous! What makes this property stand out is the exceptional service from the staff. From the concierge desk, to the reception staff to the spa/pool desk attendant, to the restaurant servers and management to the shuttle service, we received truly excellent care and attention. We will be back!

We couldn’t take a shower because our side of the hotel did not have HOT water only cold. They gave us a piece of chocolate to “compensate” totally unacceptable
