除了沐浴用品不是每天补充、泳池没有开放外,就是皇冠假日酒店的水平。环境设施都不错,服务一般。

Good location but definitely not 5 star

The superior room is a good size and it was maintained well. The check-in service was quick, easy and welcoming. The food and beverage service is below par - the staff are do not manage well when there are lots of tourist groups, there is a lack of direction and experience for staff, when handling big crowds. Breakfast time is hectic without allocated seats, food is not replenished quickly enough whilst some guests are allowed to take multiple plates and take food away for later (!). The food is also not good quality either. Room service menu is limited and we had no drinks list provided. Swimming pool and changing rooms were not clean nor open on time. More of a 3 star hotel which is disappointing for an IHG hotel. There is a tourist desk in the lobby and even though they are an outsourced company, the service from them is lacking too.

All apartments have a private bathroom and the bathtub sets in the center for the better view when you take a shower. We are sorry for the F&B service and recreation, they are not IHG standard, we fix it at once, still thankful to your understanding. We value every comments you have mentioned in your feedback. we would like to express our sincere gratitude for your comments sharing because it will help us to improve and to create a perfect Crowne Plaza Staying Experience for each of our prestigious guest.Looking forward to your visiting again and share with us your second staying experience. 閑散期(年末年始)に行ったので、外は寒く、客はとても少なかったです。そのため、シャワーのお湯がぬるかったのですが、丁寧に対応いただきました。(水をしばらく出しっぱなしにする(笑) )  部屋にはバスタブもあり、とても快適でした。

Big room and quiet, comfortable bed but temperature of swimming pool is cold.
