We like Ameron but this one has chaged since our last visit from 2022. The price of the room is not worth it anymore: the living space for the higher end room is quite spacious, but the bed is uncomfortable. The night reception and cleaning staff were amazing as always. But the day reception & bellman can be a mix bag. Also, the room has no locks so housekeeping and staff can walk in anytime. There’s a button to indicate do not disturb but it was never respected. Needless to say, we were woken up several times. Soundproofed rooms but disturb by housekeeping several times. Also, the breakfast is good but not much variety if you’re staying for more than 3 days. The burger tasted great but too pricey and it took one hour and a half to prepare. We’ve stayed at other Ameron properties in Europe and this one was a bit disappointing. You stay here for the view. Zurich has changed.
