Appartement confortable, très bien équipé, facile d’accès et bien desservi par les transports. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages dans une consigne à proximité.

The room and the staff were excellent. The issue was that we explicitly selected it because they had air conditioning listed as an amenity. Unfortunately, the unit we had did not have that amenity and it was very hot when we were there.

We deeply regret the misunderstanding regarding the air conditioning and the caused inconvenience. Our 1- and 2-Bedroom apartments are equipped with portable cooling devices and not a common air condition. We have adjusted this information in our listings to fans in order to avoid such cases on the future. We hope we have the chance of welcoming you back to Zurich in the future.
