Appart agréable
Publié le 7 mai 2018 sur HotelsAppartement agréable, très lumineux proche du centre à pieds. Possibilités de parking dans les rues autour de l'hôtel (payant). Bémol, les photos du site sont plus belles que la réalité.Table basse pour déjeuner pas très pratique. 2 oreillers de + auraient été bien car très bas. Le départ fixé à 10 h00 est très tôt. J'ai demandé une info par mail et on ne m'a pas répondu.

Publié le 31 juill. 2017 sur HotelsJoli studio moderne et bien équipé mais studio nettoyé seulement après 3 nuits sur un séjour de 4 nuits. Oreillers plats mous et horribles et manque de lampes de chevet, moi qui aime lire au lit.

codes d acces a l appartement non envoyes et pas de connexion wifi possible le we. heureusement service hotline efficace pour la remise des cles meme a 1h du matin. tres bonne situation au calme.

Worse Experience to date...

The access code did not work for me and I met 2 other guests who also had issues and Irecommended they request new access codes like I did. Do not try to email any issues because they will reply back with 20 questions to answer even though we provided all that information on the initial email. The wifi did not work the entire stay! I was unable to work remotely due to this. Comminication was slow and did not resolve any issues. Rather they barely replied back to us. There is a washer and dryer available. However, it seemed like housekeeping was using the same washer/dryer as the guests! Every washer was filles with rags. And we were not able to use the washer and dryer because every time we tried, it was filled with washed rags. Although the accomodation is close to a train station, all the other NEEDED amenities (which is why we chose this apt) were not functional or available. No internet so we could not watch tv either. Smh I've never experienced an advertised accommodation that didnt have functional amenities as listed.

Everything was good, nice rooms and surrounding. The glass door to the toilet (that can’t really be closed) is a bit inconvenient. And it would be helpful if you share the email address of vision apartments in the booking confirmation. Had to google it to get the contact to send the ID copy. Otherwise all good, great price!

Overall comfortable but needs AC
Publié le 24 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe apartment was clean and cozy with a minimal kitchen. We had trouble getting in, but they were quick to fix the problem. We also had a broken ironing board, but again, it was replaced quickly. The location is good. But no air conditioning, and it was hot.
