"My first time staying at this hotel. I was 5 minutes early to a 3:00pm check-in (2:55). I was told I needed to wait until 3:00 to check-in and there were other persons waiting in the lobby before me. Not a good start. The elevator closest to my room was "out of service"."

"One elevator is broken for over a week, no water during regular hours 8-12am, the room wasn’t clean popcorn hair and front desk just appologized with we’ll clean it tomorrow. Breakfast is all plastic trays cups cutlery and food is very basic. Offseason no room to sit for breakfast and lacked staff ..."

"Hôtel correct, propre. Le personnel très aimable. La chambre avait une belle surface. Si je repasse à San José, j'y retournerai avec plaisir."
