Day 1: ARRIVAL COCHIN - MUNNAR

Garlanding on arrival with meeting and assistance at the airport and straight drive to Munnar, Our representative will meet to welcome and escort you by a private chauffeur driven transport to the Hotel. Whilst the room keys and check-in is organised, our representative will also hand over the “Welcome Folder” documents and brief you the tour programme. Munnar - the right royal resort lazily nestled in the verdant slopes of tea country. A quaint little town that exudes a rare old-world charm and strangely reminds one of the days of the Raj in its elegant splendour. A promise of health with its soothing sunshine, salubrious climate, and invigorating scent of the air from the tea gardens. Come to the showers. And the place suddenly comes alive with a different kind of allure that will leave a casual visitor in a bewitchment. Have you ever stood watching a masterly brushstroke in seven colours across a vibrant greenscape.

Day 2: IN MUNNAR

Munnar

After breakfast, a full-day city tour of Munnar. The first stop is the Tea Museum, where you learn about the processing of the favourite brew of India. Later, proceed to the beautiful Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, and Kundala Lake. In the afternoon visit Anamudi Peak, Rajamala, the Eravikulam National Park. The high attitude sanctuary is known for the Nilgiri Tahr and the Neelakurinji flowers that bloom once in 12 years.

Day 3: MUNNAR - THEKKADY (97 Kms and takes approx.. 3Hrs)

Thekkady

After breakfast depart by surface to Thekkady. On arrival, check in at Hotel. Thekkady has a lot to offer you in sightseeing. The name Thekkady, for those who have already visited this place, brings to mind images of elephants, unending chains of hills and spice-scented plantations. Moreover, the flora and fauna of the Periyar wildlife sanctuary is absolutely thrilling. The wildlife sanctuary here is the natural habitat of a wide variety of animal species. Periyar Lake is a paradise for nature lovers. It gives you an opportunity to observe the wild animals roaming in the jungle. The lake is also a birdwatcher’s delight. The greatest attraction of Periyar Lake, however, is the herds of wild elephants that come down to play in the lake. Moreover, the Sanctuary. We can engage in boating in the Thekkady Lake, bamboo rafting, elephant riding and trekking. Evening visits the spices market.

Day 4: THEKKADY - COCHIN (145 Kms and takes approx.. 4Hrs)

After breakfast depart by surface to Cochin. On arrival check-in at Hotel. Cochin is popularly known as the “Queen on the Arabian Sea” and is the oldest European settlement in India.
