Skip-the-line tickets to Auschwitz-Birkenau allow you to skip the ticket line, but there is a separate line for security checks. All visitors must provide their full name when booking and bring a valid photo ID or passport. Tickets are non-refundable.
We provide private car transfers to Auschwitz-Birkenau, but other people will join you on a group tour of the museum and memorial site. The size of the group tour will be limited to 30 people. The guide will meet you on the site.
People with reduced mobility may find it difficult to move around Auschwitz-Birkenau. Wheelchairs are available from the Visitor Service Centre but they have to be reserved in advance.
We recommend bringing your own snacks or packed lunch to Auschwitz-Birkenau as it's in a remote location and there will be no lunch break.
We will arrange private transfers in a standard car (saloon) for groups of 1-4 people, and in a larger van or minibus for groups of 5 people and more. If you're travelling in a smaller group but want to travel in a more spacious car, we recommend booking a 5-people tour to take advantage of a larger vehicle.
