Know before you book

  • Children 2 and younger are complimentary.
  • In order to redeem your voucher, you must present a valid passport or government-issued photo ID that matches the contact name you used when booking.
  • The train journey is approximately 40 minutes each way from central Paris.
  • You can board the train at any of the following central Paris RER A stations: Charles de Gaulle-Etoile, Auber, Chatelet-Les-Halles, Gare de Lyon, or Nation.
  • The first train to Disneyland® is 5:20 AM. The last train back to Paris leaves Disneyland® at 12:30 AM. Trains depart every 15 minutes.
  • Pickup your Disneyland tickets at the Magic Ways office in Paris before 10am. The closest metro stations are Madeleine and Concorde. Ring bell 6 to enter. The office is open from 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Monday to Saturday.

What you can expect

For a stress-free way to enjoy the magic of Disneyland® from central Paris, hop aboard a train that whisks you directly from the city centre to the park gates. After just a 40-minute journey on the RER train, you can maximise your time spent enjoying “the happiest place on Earth.”

The RER is Paris's efficient and convenient network of express trains that stop at major stations in the city and the suburbs. Disneyland is located at the end of the line A and only takes around 40 minutes to reach from central Paris. Sit back and relax during the ride, not worrying about transfers or traffic, and then step out of the station and walk right up to the park gates.

With your ticket already in hand, you can skip past the long ticket lines and enter through the turnstiles to start soaking up that Disneyland magic as soon as you step off the train. When you're ready to leave, just head back to the station—trains back into the city run every 15 minutes or so until after midnight, so you can even stay for the nighttime illuminations show if you'd like.

After getting our tickets everything was seamless. The staff member we spoke to was very helpful and gave us some great tips. The only black mark was when we initially went to collect tickets within the stated office hours there was no answer so it was a wasted journey. Luckily we could go back the next day.

I call you change the date of my activity because I was sick and unable to go to the park. They did not make any effort or even have any consideration to assist with the situation so they just told me the papers said to call in advance 2 days for change so I loss over $ 600 because I get sick. ( How can put sickness in a program itinerary so stupid)

Great way to get to Disney. Be sure you book a day in the middle of your stay because you have to visit downtown to gey your tickets.

The redemption place is a little hard to find and getting to the train was a long walk. Disney is Disney, but don’t expect what you see in California or Florida. Overall a good excursion

Not much to do at Disney Studios. Terrible what you charged for public transportation when it is actually only a 7 dollar ride. Also terrible that you make us pick up tickets by 10:00 a.m for a location nowhere near the train station.

Great experience! I recommend! The park was sold out ao booking thru here in advance guaranteed entry Having to arrange to pick up the tickets in advance and find the place was a bit challenging. Tickets had weird dates on them so i had to follow up to verify they were approved. The person giving us the tickets was informative, nice and helped guide us using a map on what bus and train to take to and from the park.

Like expected magical! It was the 30 year anniversary when I went and they just introduced the new marvel rides. Had so much fun with what they were able to do with certain limitations. The park isn't as big as other Disney parks so easy to hit up all the rides.

The tickets first of all work. The train tickets worked as well. Get to the gates before they open and save a lot of time and could finish the park in a much shorter time frame. Crush coaster at the studios was the best newest attraction, Thunder Mountain the best of three we have ridden, the Ratatouille ride was best animated. We are not much on watching shows and skipped those attractions. Was not too crazy of the buffet so called restaurants. If you want a wine, you must buy a buffet and trying keep the weight down passed. The food carts at the studios was the better option, Second option Rain Forest Cafe outside the park. The park in our opinion can be done in a one day.
