What you can expect

Explore the back way in through the hamlet of Exshaw, steep in the history of mining, the 2013 floods when entire houses flowed down the tsunami wave that devastated the town and left people stranded for 11 days!

A quick little hike into Jura Creek to cool off from the heat of the day is a fun way to start the day. This is a great option, but we are open to ideas! There are lots of great little hikes all along the way.

There are bound to be Mountain sheep and other wildlife as we travel along the Bow River, past Canmore and into the town of Canmore Hamlet with flood history and Big horned sheep.

Care for a dip in the glacial water??

Legend has it that people have travelled here for centuries to take in the incredible uplifting energy of the lake and surrounding mountains. It's an incredible time to be alive and you will feel your spirits being uplifted.
