Other tours were much cheaper this one included swimming with the sharks and some stingrays. To be honest, the sharks and stingrays part was a bit underwhelming and not worth the extra cost. Plus they would not let you take a picture holding the sting ray, only they could and that pic was extra $. Food in the boat was ham and cheese sandwiches, not that great but good enough, some pineapple and coconut, drinks were goods. Bus staff to and from the resort were friendly and welcoming. The boat staff was great, friendly and lively. I would do it again. But opt out of the shark/sting ray part.(if offered)

The excursion canceled after we arrived at marinaruim, without an explanation and without a refund. The driver of the van was just as dumbfounded as we were as he drove us back to our hotel. We had to pay for another excursion with the hotel salesperson, with money set aside for other wants and/or necessities. In addition, now we must ask Expedia for a refund, which is another inconvenience in our schedule.

The description on the website was completely inaccurate. There was not coral reef to see. The stingrays and sharks were held in captivity which was not at all mentioned in the description. Also the stingrays barbs had been removed, I understand how this may be safer for tourists but they should not be held in captivity and also tourists need to understand the risk of the activity.

Blue travel was very difficult to deal with. We had difficulty finding the representatives on the resort, the representatives lacked ability to organize bookings done through expedia it took each person in my group of 12 about 3-4 visits to the representatives to organize a pick up time. I tried to call Blue Travel and they said pick up times must be arranged from the representatives. Once everyone in the group of 12 confirmed a 12:40 pick up time,... the bus arrived with only 3 seats. We were told another bus would arrive and waited 2 hours. We never got to go on our trip, Blue Travel first tried to claim we were 'no shows' and then blamed us for 'booking online', and furthermore no one would even appologize throughout the entire process. We are still waiting to get refunds from Expedia as they have not been able to contact Blue Travel. This was the worst online booking trip experience I've had to date.
