Know before you book
- Participants from 16-55 yrs of age are eligible to ride the ATVs., Participants 6 years & older up to 15 years must be accompanied by an adult for the quad bike ride. A child 5 years & younger strictly cannot be on the ATVs.
- Pregnant women and anyone with back or neck pain, heart problems or other serious medical complaints are not allowed to participate.
- Pickup will be within 45 minutes from your selected departure time. Please be ready at the hotel lobby on time.
- This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
- In order to redeem your voucher, you must present a valid passport or ID photo matches the contact name of your booking.
- Complimentary Pickup is available from Dubai city hotels, apartments, and Dubai Harbour Cruise Terminal & Port Rashid. Pickup from DXB Airport available from Holiday Inn Airport hotel. Pickup from Bab Al Shams, Al Maha resort, and Jebel Ali is available with an additional fee.
- Double Quad Bike option, minimum 2 passengers need to book this option, if there is a singular traveller or odd number in the group an extra charge of 37USD applicable for the single passenger. Max weight 80kgs per person.
- This self-riding activity is NOT INSURED & any accidents or damages from the activity will be the sole responsibility of the rider & passenger. The participant MUST pay the amount for any damages due to the usage of buggy/ATVs.
- Pick-up timing is subject to change due to the emerging summer heat: 1 hour earlier in the morning and 1 hour later in the afternoon. A notification shall be sent in advance in the case of any change.
