Know before you book
- The duration of the tour includes both pick up and drop off timings as well. Pick up will be within 45 minutes of your selected departure time. Please be ready at the hotel lobby on time.
- Please share your WhatsApp number for easy communication during the pick up. Pick up from outside the city location will be advised to near location.
- During the Holy month of Ramadan, you will be entertained by Tanoura and Fire shows in our desert camp (Al Khayma) as there will be some restrictions for Ladies Khaliji Dance show. On other religious holidays, there will not be any entertainment activities in the camps as per the UAE law.
- By UAE law, pregnant ladies and infants (under 3 years old) are not allowed during the dune bashing activity by car. (If these conditions are applicable to you, please contact our Consultant to customise your tour).
- Luggage is not allowed to be taken during the tour, only a small backpack is allowed.
- This tour is not wheelchair accessible, but if anyone in your group has any physical disabilities, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate.
- We recommend you have international travel insurance as self-driving activities are prone to risk, leading to serious injury & is covered only by your insurance companies.
- Quad biking is a self-driving activity to be taken at your own risk and the company’s insurance does not cover it.
- A passport copy is required for all tourists and ID copy is required for all residents. Soft or hard copies are accepted for both residents and tourists.
