What a wonderful tour and experience. The bikes provided by Fada Bike Shop were good quality and new. Owner of Fada is very nice anf friendly, they have a fun office space. The guide was very knowledgeable of Marseille and we had a very packed day touring many sites. My only suggestion. Is they get more stable saddle bags for the bikes. Easy to do.

Formidable journée, idéale pour découvrir Marseille. Le guide était passionné sympa et intéressant, le vélo de bonne qualité et le trajet pratiquement toujours sur pistes cyclables, bien que demandant un peu d'endurance, était agréable.

Our guide Nass was AMAZING. Knowledgable, easy to hear and follow and shared a ton of information about Marseille and the national park. Mid trip we had a lovely lunch inside the park. The bikes were easy to use and had plenty of batter for our 6 hour trip. We saw a ton of sights around the city. Loved the bike paths which made the biking with cars safer. Please note: we are all avid bikers. You must be comfortable biking beside and with busy traffic. While most had bike lanes, there were times we had to be with cars in the roads. We loved this tour and the guide. It was easy to get to the starting point using the free cruise shuttle and walking across the plaza.

Beautiful views. Utterly terrifying and too fast. No instruction on gearing properly with an electric bike until the very end when the guide explained why I struggled so much. The bike lunged forward (often into traffic) upon start and kept lunging forward when I stopped, usually popping a wheelie. Lots of traffic, but what broke me down was cycling through the park over big roots, mud, loose gravel. A lady in front of us fell 3 times and I fell badly once on a sharp, steep turn back. I had tried to stop and walk up it but the bike kept going and pulled me with it. 14 in the crowd, so we never heard, which was fine because he only stopped a few times because we started an hour late and waited a long time for guide issues. My husband loved it, so could be nice for the right audience.

5 star tour and 5 star tour guide, Cindy. Cindy did a fantastic job of guiding our group safely throughout Marseille. She shared her passion and love for the city. An added bonus is that she is a fantastic photographer. We highly recommend this tour to see the area and celebrate the new national park.

The scenery on the tour was quite nice. That's where the positives end. The bikes are old and poorly maintained. On mine the electric support frequently stopped working. There was no measuring or adjusting of bikes, lights didn't work. Intro to bikes and safety advice was given in the middle of the road with lots of background noise. Stopped at a cafe to purchase some lunch. Waisted 20 minutes just to get served. By then most food was sold out. Overall very poorly organised and riding time was not as advertised. We took another tour 2 days later in Gibraltar and that was gold standard.

Lovely 6 hour bike trip with Lauren. Bikes were great and more powerful then some e bikes we’ve used so the 34 km was an easy ride for us all. Ages 70,62 and 32. Loved our day in Marseille.

Absolutely incredible way to see the sites of Marseille! Our guide was great and showed us some hidden treasures along the way! E-Bikes were in great condition, which made for a really great day! Thank you FADA tours!

Guide was fantastic, easy to follow. Group was small (3 people). I'd be skeptical about having a much larger group following a single guide. No problems with the route, some times riding in/beside traffic but nothing too extreme
