Know before you book

  • Pickup is between 4:15 AM and 4:30 AM from select Waikiki hotels, or the Kahala Hotel, as selected. You will arrange your exact pickup time from your hotel or a nearby location when you call to confirm your reservation.
  • If your hotel is not in Waikiki, you will be responsible to arrange transport to a central pickup point in Waikiki for the start of your tour.
  • Tour pickup and/or return times may vary, depending on airline flights.
  • Not all tour stops are ADA accessible (such as those on beaches and uneven paths). You must be able to walk on unpaved or uneven terrain.
  • Please notify the tour operator at least 48 hours in advance if you will be travelling with a wheelchair. Wheelchair lift NOT available on vehicle. Collapsible wheelchairs ONLY (guest must be able to ascend/descend vehicle stairs).
