This is not a legitimate business. It’s someone’s house, and they’re just doing boat tours in the back. Also, the boat tour itself is misleading. From what I read in other reviews, I thought this would be an informational tour about the areas we were going tour, but it was NOT at all. Our tour guide, “Captain,” DID not engage in any sort of conversation with us at all. He talked on his phone the WHOLE time, and with us, he barely spoke English. Gustavo (our boat captain) was not helpful at all. This tour wasn’t what I expected as my family celebrated my 25th b-day and dad’s birthday. I would not recommend this tour to anyone. My family also drove to this location, and we literally had to park across the highway because they did not have parking at their “business,” and we had to walk along the highway to get there. What’s most disappointing is that I did this tour mainly to see the famous Miami mansions. The captain (Gustavo) did not pass by there despite this being a tour where it explicitly says on the itinerary on their page, when booking that that location will be on it. I was really looking forward to this tour because I saw so many positive reviews about the experience, but I did not have that experience at all, and I think it stems from the captain as well as the business itself. Our captain was avoidant, and the company did not go to all the places as stated on the Viator itinerary. Something shady is going on with this business. Do not book with them! So much hassle with these people and just an overall bad experience.

I'll start right away by saying it was great time! I highly recommend this excursuon/evening out while in Miami. Alberto was our captain and honestly he's great. The night was not perfect as far as weather goes, bit Alberto made it great. My girlfriend and I booked the 4:30 sailing on an 18ft boat. The boat was nice but the weather just did not cooperate. Despite this Alberto, our Captain did such a great job. He's originally from the northeast but has been in the Miami area for a long time. He was entertaining and so knowagable about the area. He just made us feel comfortable despite the cool weather and rain we sailed through. He even offered his jacket to me as he thought I was cold. We sailed down the Miami River to start and headed into Biscayne Bay. We then headed over towards the cruise port where There was a Virgin ship in port. Alberto got us close and took pictures and videos of us infant of the Virgin ship and Miami skyline, which was really appreciated. After this we sailed the area a little further and then headed back to the river. Honestly, the weather was miserable, but Alberto did a great job. If you can do this excursion on a nice night it's going to be great. We'll be back in Miami in mid February and I am planning on booking again.

Amazing ride! Communication was clear with company and very helpful. Location was not shady as others mentioned it is a private company and the area is clean and everyone is respectful found it easily and bathroom was clean inside. Boat was clean and as expected like the photos we had an amazing time and a chill ride with Captian Gustavo who jammed out to our music and was polite. If you are looking for a tour guide this is not it this is exactly what we wanted a relaxing chill cruise! Add in some fun music, food and friends and its awesome.
