Positives, the ferry was good and ran on time. The stops at Positano and Amalfi were as described. Negatives, there is no guide and no commentary. From reviews and the emphasis on this being an English cruise, we thought here would be some information. Not the case. It’s just a ferry that takes you between the places. The ferry is fine but the lack of organisation when boarding at the ports made for a very unpleasant experience. There was not enough seating particularly outside and so you needs to queue early to get a space. However, the queues were not manage which resulted in pushing and unpleasant behaviour. I would not travel with Seremar again.

Chaotic on docks. Boat not always on time. Rude personel that screams at passengers and pushes passengers onboard. Not a good customer experience.

Once on the ferry it was great, however we spent 2 hours of our day queuing to get on in high temperatures and strong sunshine. Shade should be provided.It was difficult to find which queue to join, people pushed in, ferries were too full so we had to go on the next one, shortening the time in our destination. Very disappointing over tourism at its worst. Also ferry companies selling more tickets than seats on the ferry.

We expected a boat that would allow us to view the coast as we came upon it. What we got was a ferry on which they put a ton of people so we could not see the coast as we expected. I think the description is very misleading. You should call it what it is….a ferry loaded with people. Very very disappointed.

Great day. Very efficient ferry transport. Only negative was the people vaping in the ferry - constantly! Disgusting that they are allowed to on public transport with other paying passengers!
