The day starts with a mindful walk or hike in nature. As we will discover a unique place on the island, you will be invited to slow down, ground yourself, take in the beauty of your surroundings and live in the present moment.
We will continue with a short meditation, using a profound technique to release any negativity and open to love - the love for yourself, others and the world.
Afterwards, we will do a gentle Hatha Yoga flow, where you will learn the basics and benefits of this powerful practice. Explore poses, breathing techniques and mindfulness that ensure a balanced body and mind. (And oh, you don't need any experience. All levels are welcome!
In addition to Hatha Yoga, you will also experience the benefits of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation technique that focuses on deep relaxation, improves sleep and promotes wellbeing.
We will conclude the day with the integration part: allow the soothing sounds and vibrations of handmade Tibetan singing bowls to flow over you. As you are guided into a deep state of relaxation, you would be able to release any blockages and obstacles that no longer serve you: mentally, physically and emotionally. Altogether, your self-healing capacity is stimulated and overall balance is ensured, so you will leave the retreat with new perspectives and a sense of inner peace.
