05.00 am: Meet your knowledgeable trekking guide who will provide you with a briefing on the route.
05.10 am: Commence your journey from Kandy railway station to Lebanon estate, where an extraordinary hiking experience awaits at Knuckles mountain range.
We'll transport you to the hike head, a remote village named Bambarella, situated near the majestic forest range. The adventure commences as we meander through village, immersing ourselves in the serene beauty of the surroundings. At the culmination of the village, you arrive at the gateway to this pristine world heritage conservation forest.
On the first day, journey through pygmy and cloud forests in Knuckles. Our destination is a 50-year-old cardamom hut hidden in the middle of the forest—the last cardamom plantation in Knuckles. Spend the first night there.
On this trip, you'll discover around 5 stunning hidden waterfalls, some of them really big. But the most special part is where you'll camp on the second day. Imagine sleeping in a cave right next to an 80-meter high waterfall. It's a one-of-a-kind experience you won't forget.
On the third day, we reach Ranamure village in the evening through some beautiful plains located in the knuckles range.
