What you can expect

The tourist descent of the Segura River through the Almadenes Canyon and the Las Dunas eco-route. It crosses one of the most important spaces in the Region of Murcia, due to its great ecological and archaeological value. During the tour, in a non-motorized zodiac, the flora and fauna of the Almadenes Canyon Nature Reserve are observed, where the Segura River descends between high walls.

Halfway through the route, more or less, a stop is made at Los Abrigos del Pozo or Cueva de los Monigotes, where there are cave paintings dating from the Neolithic. This enclave was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
