  • Our cruises are dependant on weather and a minimum fare requirement. We will do our best to communicate cruise delays and cancellations in advance.
  • Tickets are non-refundable within 24 hours. If you need to change or cancel your reservation please allow at least 24 hours notice. Incomplete parties will be considered no shows and charged for a full ticket.
  • We ID! Must be 21 years of age and present a valid photo ID in order to consume alcohol.
  • John's Pass is a very busy area with parking that fills up quickly. Plan accordingly as it may take a while to find a spot. Our cruises leave on time and do not wait for late arrivals.
