The lounge is only suitable for short term use. There are no quite spaces, there was a group of teenagers who spoke loudly with little consideration of others.

Really enjoyed the lounge, food was regularly refilled. Showers and toilets are very clean. Not too busy for the 6 hours I spent there. Reasonable selection of wine, beers, and nonalcoholic drinks, it was all included. Would definitely use this facility again

I had a long layover in Hong Kong on both segments of my trip and spent time at this lounge on both occasions. I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of the staff to the offering at the bar, the cleanliness of the facilities and the impressive food on offer. The icing on the cake was the 15 minute massage. Makes a huge difference for a weary back while on travel. 10/10. Will stay again and recommend!

Booked a 3 hour session, on arrival presented my booking itinerary to the desk who would not accept it as the barcode of the voucher was not showing. Staff at the front desk would not allow entry. To contact Expedia to resolve the matter I asked if I could sit down just inside the foyer after having just been in a 13 hour flight and was exhausted. Staff took my boarding pass as assurance before they would let me use a chair. Expedia were unable to resolve the issue ad the problem wasthat the voucher does not open on a mobile phone or in the app, you need a desktop computer. In the end I had to email my voucher directly to plaza first for them to open it on their computer. This whole episode took 2 hours which meant I only got to use the lounge for an hour before boarding for my next flight. I did not have time to eat, shower or massage. and was disappointed that plaza first would not give me access even though they could see I had a ticket and they also spoke to Expedia staff.

Best airport lounge I have ever been in by far. Spent six hours in this lounge and had a great dinner with wine served to me by a helpful staff in a sit down restaurant setting in a quiet peaceful place. Also enjoyed the included shower and massage in the lounge area as well as cocktails made with premium alcohol and a good selection of wine. Really liked the lounge chairs that allowed you to lay flat and rest your back.

This place is fabulous. We spent 12 hour layovers coming and going. Quiet, comfortable, great food, cooffee, snacks, massage, shower. Made our travel not so bad.
