Meet your instructor at the activity provider's shop in Polignano a Mare. Listen to a safety briefing and complete a paddleboard tutorial before beginning your water adventure. Paddle towards the cove and rock entrances Lama Monachile, one of the most famous beaches in Italy.
Stop for a swim at this stunning location before exploring the caves in the cliffs. Next, continue to other caves including Grotta Palazzese and Grotta Ardito where you can take a second dip or capture some photos of the breathtaking views.
Paddle between hidden coves and sea caves, where pirates took refuge in ancient times. Cruise thorugh Grotta Azzurra and pass by Grotta Ardito and Grotta Palazzese. Return to your meeting point at the end of the tour.

: Beautiful scenery with room for improvement from the organizer - no information on the parking situation - no introduction of the tour guide - no introductory round, so there is a lack of dynamic - missing information about taking provisions/water/water shoes etc. (DryBag) - no adjustment of the respective paddles - no explanation about standing/paddling in waves/etc. - Guide simply drives ahead, does not look after participants - Information about the area/further information is only given to the foremost - not an ideal entry point, as the beach + fantastic scenery: beautiful caves, this great restaurant from below, great rocks, view of the city + waterproof mobile phone cases were made available Have already had one or two SUP experiences and can therefore assess a bit what others are doing and what to expect.

: Very friendly guys who guide you and are helpful if it doesn't work out. Tip is to really wear water shoes or something. In the caves, but also on the beach to get into the water, there are pebbles and boulders. You slip easily. Highly recommended!
