During our activity you will start with an introduction to surfing basics, safety and essential techniques right on the beach. The surf spot will be presented to you to familiarise yourself with the places and conditions of the day. You will then receive a guided warm-up before grabbing your boards to enter the water. Under the careful supervision of our experienced instructor, you will learn how to row, get up on the board and maintain your balance. Whether you are a beginner or already have some experience, our courses are suitable for all levels. You will have the opportunity to practice in waves adapted to your skill, guaranteeing progression in complete safety and pleasure. We will also emphasise respect for the marine environment and good practices to preserve our beaches and oceans.
