You need a valid driving licence for Japan.
Driving licence, International driving licence. The SOFA driver licence for US Forces Japan is acceptable. International Driving Permit issued by AAA or AATA is acceptable. States Side Drivers Licence with US Military ID are acceptable.
If you hold a driving licence from one of these countries(Belgium, France, Germany, Monaco, Switzerland, Slovenia, Taiwan) you will need your passport and a document translated into Japanese by an authorised organisation. Driving licences issued in these countries are valid for one year from the date of entry into Japan.
The authorised organisation in Japan for Belgium, France, Germany, Monaco, Switzerland and Slovenia is JAF or their embassies and consulates.
An authorised organisation in Japan for Taiwan is JAF or Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office in Japan. An authorised organisation in Taiwan is The East Asia Relation Commission.

This area stretches around Miyagi Beach. It is popular as a year-round diving spot and a surfing spot when the waves are good, and is always crowded with people enjoying marine leisure activities. Jaagaru Park (Pass by)
