The experience was great! Anna (our guide) gave me a jacket because I didn't bring one, and boy was she right. I needed it. She was very welcoming. As it is winter we did the mountain tour. It was a great drive, with a nice view. The quad was very comfortable and we could go pretty fast. We took a break at Santuari de Cura (Randa) before going back to the starting point. Overall 10/10 experience

So, the trip is a concrete only journey. It was one third “biker gang” quad ride through a beach town and rest ride through the country roads about 15 miles from base. NO OFF CEMENT riding as per guide it is no longer allowed. The “beach” for the swim and snorkeling was (1) full of people, and (2) a tough access Lava rock setting. And we were given 20 minutes total to swim. You won’t get any intro to Mallorca or learn anything about it from the tour and to be honest, there are way better ways to spend a morning. Though I did feel like i joined a Quad biker gang and got to roll around making noise and irritating tourists! No offense to the guides. They were nice but they don’t have a lot to work with. And the tour catches a lot of cruise ship people. Pick another.

First of all, we were running 15 minutes late due to issues at the port of our cruise shop. We messaged our guide, who not only responded quickly but said it was ok. We were well-prepped for riding the quads. The guide was incredibly patient and professional with everyone in our group. The tour began with a more lengthy quad ride which is mostly “off the beaten path” but on pavement the whole way. The beach area was rocky but absolutely exhilarating! The water was so warm and refreshing. It was stunningly gorgeous! Options are to jump off the cliff, snorkel, and/or swim. You are NOT required to do anything you are uncomfortable with. We chose to do all 3, and it was so fun! There is even a little cave under to explore. Our guide, David, was fantastic! He was so kind and professional. He even let us borrow some of his sunscreen! He also took pics and videos for our group and airdropped them to us when we returned. He got and deserved a great tip from us!! Things to note: -There is a space on most quads to securely place a bag. -Water shoes would be nice but aren’t required. If you have sensitive feet, bring some! Flip flops are ok but not ideal. Literal water shoes would be best for this terrain. -Remember the sunscreen. We lathered up before but forgot ours on the ship. -Bring and drink lots of water! -While this isn’t the longest excursion, eat first or bring a snack if you tend to get hungry. -There aren’t any stops other than the beach. -The ride back, after the beach is much shorter. I hope this helps! It really was a great experience - one of our favorites (which includes the ship excursions). Viator will now be our go-to for activities. No more expensive, crowded ship excursions for us.

I booked this excursion during the afternoon for the same evening. Having received the email confirmation, I noticed that they do not accept photos of driving licenses, only digital government versions. I explained I had a photo but that we do not have digital variants in the UK. Despite this, not only was I denied access, I was also not provided a refund or any understandiong/support despite raising it immediately upon realisation. So upsetting and a waste of nearly £100.00

Mallorca was cool but this quad tour was amazing!! Pablo was an incredible guide great with instructions, safety, taking photos, his patience with new drivers, taking us through the Mallorca countryside and showing us a fantastic time. Bring tip money if you can. The cliff jumping and swimming were also fun and gives you a great cool down from riding the quads! Highly recommended! Fun for couples and groups of friends. It’s a nice activity that’s different from the normal stuff and fun for everyone. Even if you’ve never ridden a quad it’s easy to learn and you’ll be happy you did it.

Martin was an amazing guide, it was great to explore different areas in Mallorca and see other parts. He was really helpful with guiding everyone on the safety of driving the ATV and everyone felt well equipped on how to drive. The ride was smooth, and the views and landscapes were amazing. He did a great job in showing us another side of Mallorca that we would have missed. The Beach was rocky so be sure and wear tennis shoes, if you're coming from the states be sure you have a valid driver's license and not a provisional one if your 18 or older. Would definitely recommend the fun adventure, its a must.
