What you can expect

The cooking class was such a blast! Luigi was so accommodating to our group and made this one of our favorite activities in Italy. We learned a lot and enjoyed flavored olive oils, fresh mozzarella, pizza, wine, and tirimisu. The setting was also beautiful and the drive up lovely. It was the perfect end to an amazing trip!

We had a great time, they were kind and engaging and completely patient and friendly with our two-year-old and two-month-old. They also made it easy to accommodate a tomato allergy— we avoided other cooking classes in Italy because we were worried this would be a concern. Would completely do again.

His energy was infectious, and he made sure everyone felt involved and confident creating their own masterpiece. The ingredients were fresh, the process was seamless, and the final product was delicious. We couldn't have asked for a better host.
