Start with pickup from your hotel one hour before sunrise, at around 06:30 AM during winter and 04:15 AM during summer. Travel in comfortable vehicles to the hot air balloon take-off area. Be returned to your hotel to give you an opportunity to get some breakfast at 8:30 AM. Begin the second section of the tour with pickup from your hotel at 10 AM.

Travel to the Red and Rose Valley one of the most beautiful valleys in the region. Hike within the valley to the Cavusin Cave Village. Marvel at the rock castle and troglodyte dwellings where people lived until the 20th century. After your hike, enjoy a traditional lunch in a local restaurant.

After lunch, visit an underground city, one of the largest and deepest of Cappadocia’s many similar settlements.. Discover this underground city and its stables, cellars, storage rooms, refectories, churches, and wineries. Visit the Pigeon Valley and see a spectacular view of the dovecotes (pigeon or dove houses), old abandoned cave homes, and old Greek houses of Uchisar and Ortahisar Castle. After exploring the underground city, be returned to your hotel.
