Learn to cook traditional Ecuadorian dishes using Maria's family recipes, in your 1-hour hands-on cooking class. You will learn to make two dishes from scratch - an starter and a main dish. Maria also shares tips and tricks while youā€™re cooking, along with sharing anecdotes of Ecuador's history and culture. After cooking, join Maria and her family (when they're home) to share the meal you helped prepare. Llapingacho (potato pancakes), ceviche and empanadas are a few dishes you can expect to try at Mariaā€™s table. End your meal with quimbolitos, steamed corn cakes with a hint of sweetness.
