Had some problems at check in and the staff was not very friendly or helpful to get it resolved. When had to change our reservation by one day; which we changed through Travelocity 2 weeks prior to our trip. When we went to check in they said we had no reservations under my name. Then they said we had already checked in. Then they said we had reserved for 2 nights. Then they said they already gave our room to someone else. Now under I have been charged for two nights when we only stayed for one.

Great hotel. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. Perfect location to everything. under renovation but was well maintained and will be a beautiful hotel once it's done.
