"I liked that they give you free water and have an umbrella in the room for you to use on the unexpected rain in New York. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was kind. Location was great, close to central park, shops, and food. I felt like we were pretty central to most things I wanted to see. 15-20 minute walks or a hop on the subway to go further south. I gave a 4 on facilities because the room at night would feel warm, it may just be NY AC but it didn’t cool the room enough to our liking and I am usually the one that is always cold and my husband hot at night. "

"This was a great location, the staff and service was amazing! We had a couple issues but they were very helpful and accommodating. One of the elevators wasn’t working when we arrived but it was quickly resolved! It’s an older hotel, perfect for kids and great for NYC!"
