"Spacious room and bathroom. There’s a nice lake view from the room. We ordered breakfast and supper by room service call, very nice staffs. We enjoyed walking long trail and swimming outdoor hot water pool. The front desk staff is very generous to give us 2-hour-late-checkout. In a word , we had a very wonderful time in the hotel"

"The facilities are spotless and the rooms are spacious and quiet. Hotel staff is beyond accommodating and polite, especially the breakfast ladies. Our TV didn’t work upon checking in and was fixed within minutes. Very close to the 417 and being from out of town, we had no issues getting around. Uber services (food and driving) were there within minutes. last but not least, the underground parking is an absolute bonus! Highly, highly! "
