Ghetto and gross. old mattresses exposed. Front glass door was shattered. Breakfast was nasty. Shower clogged. Sink dripped all night.

This is a great airport hotel. Centrally located in Alajuela, you can walk to get food or a short taxi/UBER to other restaurants. They have airport drop off 24hrs and driver was there on time. Can't comment on pool/food as have only stayed before or leaving SJO.

Super helpful staff couldn't have asked for better! Pretty quiet too considering the city location. Not super fancy but totally adequate and very well kept for the price. Good restaurants within short walking distance as well.

Hair in the bed!!!
Room was very small...but we only paid $100.00 and we only needed room for 12 hours before we needed to be at airport...but...dirty sheets...we should have complained but opted to put up with it...mattress very hard and worried all night about getting bed bugs or something else gross...I guess you get what you pay for...also pool looks lovely in pictures but very tired looking and we didn't want to sit on any of the furniture as it was so dirty looking...(we didn't get bed bugs or see any bugs in room)
