Asked for cleaning service to the room before we left for day at 10am. Room was not touched. Called at 5pm to see what they could do and they said we can give you towels if you come down to get them. Limited sincerity on an apology.

Dislike: One of the elevators was out of service and it took forever for the remaining elevator. Like: This hotel had a nice area to sit outdoors, parking was great and overall a good experience beside the elevator.

The waitress and cook for breakfast were awesome! Check in was pleasant and easy. Check out was a breeze. There were toothpaste flecks on the wall in the bathroom. Not as clean as expected

Convenient in terms of being near the business I was there for; inconvenient in terms of having to take Ubers to and from dining options, which were not far but could not be walked to (safety concerns with traffic and neighborhood). Overall, good place to stay with big parking spaces in back to accommodate my U-Haul.

First off, the staff (ESPECIALLY IN THE RESTAURANT) were absolutely amazing! The 4th floor smelled like stale cigarettes and the interstate noise was bad, but we were right on the end of that side of the hotel. Our biggest complaint, as my boyfriend was going to watch Wimbledon while I went shopping, was that a power outage caused loss of signal and we had no TV service for most of our stay.

My stay was one night and for a Drs appointment
It was good overall. Snack bar was low on choices . Did not have a chance to enjoy any food service . Room was clean and pleasant.
