Unpleasant stay at a Marriott hotel in Albuquerque
Our experience with this hotel was just okay, the beds were double full size beds not queen size beds and uncomfortable to sleep on, carpets had stains, and the wall had scuff marks. Our other family’s room bed had blood on bedding which they hid well until the next morning, it was found, small full size beds, and stain on carpets too.

Booked on Expedia and upon arriving they took my card for incidentals which is normal. Noticed they charged me for the full stay even though I already paid for it through Expedia. Staff was no help when I called and wouldn't give me any answers, luckily Expedia stepped up and refunded me.

The room was too small for our family of 4 and it was too hot for 60 degrees. The maid kept knocking on our door for service starting at 8am until 11:30am which was annoying. We felt rushed and unwelcomed.
