What a great break we had at this hotel, fantastic location and amenities. Their Staff however are their jewel in the crown. Nothing was to much bother, they were always smiling and attentive. Ricardo on the foyer bar was a very professional bar man. We attended the New Year’s Day lunch which was amazing, a special thanks to Alba. What a star, brilliant. I highly recommend this hotel in every way. And we will be going back in a couple of months.

Regular beach hotell at a high price
It was ok. A bit cold in the rooms with no ability to adjust the aircondition and the food was a bit boring. Like its been the same meny for years now. It lacked taste and flavour, and the fish seemed dry. It seems to me that all you really pay for here is the beach location.

Average hotel, nothing special at all
The rooms were ordered based on the pictures shown on Hotels.com however when we arrived, the receptionist gave us two small side view serums we complained and they give us the rooms we originally booked. There was no friendliness or welcome from the staff on reception as we arrived looking at the hotel and looking at the standard of decor in the rooms I would say this is a two or three star standard certainly not four or five.

This is an enormous property, a bit sleekly commercial, but beautifully situated on the water at the foot of the ocean-front wave walk. I had a sizable corner suite with a huge wraparound terrace, great harbor, city, sea and mountain views.
