Hacer from the hamam was absolutely amazing—she made the entire spa experience so relaxing and rejuvenating. Egemen at the reception went above and beyond by meeting us upon arrival, helping with our luggage, and ensuring a seamless check-in process. As someone who travels frequently, I can confidently say their check-in and check-out processes are the best I’ve ever encountered. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the food was outstanding—all made from fresh, local Turkish produce, which was a delight to experience. The hotel seems to cater more towards locals, which was perfect for us as Turkish speakers. The spa and thermal water facilities were absolutely fantastic—I left feeling like a million dollars after just a one-day stay! "First of all this is not a hotel. It is a very badly kept time sharing mega complex. Stray dogs all around, barking all night. There is no air conditioner in the rooms. It was a very hot week, room temperature was unbearable. Service non existence. Food poor. Buildingand surroundings need fixing and cleaning. Pools, halls, buildings has nothing to do with web pictures. It would get 2 star billing as a motel. "
