Quality stay besides a few recommendations.

Everything was great, no complains. I liked how the reception was at the top floor. Just one thing that I thought was missing and that every such hotel should have is some kind of slippers. Don’t want to be waking around with your shoes on right? I mean sure we can but also for you to do less work cleaning up after wouldn’t it be nice to offer slippers ? It’s little things like this that could improve the quality of your service.

Comfy bed and great view,

Clean and comfortable queen bed. Amazing view of the city from the room. The sofa bed had some mechanical issue to fully open. Some obvious permanent stains were noticed on the sofa cushions. One of the TV remotes did not function. The breakfast was nice and the view of the city from the breakfast room was wonderful. Free indoor parking close to the elevator was very convenient. There was some serious issue with the whole elevator system during our stay. It was completely down so we could not even reach the hotel lobby that is located on the 12th floor for the check-in for couple of hours. In general, it is a nice hotel to stay.

Friendly staff and very clean. Breakfast was nice. Parking was a bit confusing …you enter underneath an adjacent mall.
