There was some construction noise during the day which wasn’t enjoyable. The room and pool facilities were wonderful! My son enjoyed the basketball court as well. All staff was very friendly and overall, it was a great stay.

Meh experience. Not aweful not great.
No parking on-site. Boilers were off so no heat in the rooms. Arrived late but still no room was available. They said they would give us a $25 credit to use for food due to inconvenience, but when I checked my receipt it wasn't on there. They did correct that after I let them know.

Hotel is so convenient to everything. We didn't have to use taxi or Uber as all was walkable, from Union Station, to the Roger's Centre, and restaurants. The rooms were very nice, bed comfortable, spacious bathroom.
