The steam room is in the mens change room and was super dirty and gross. I picked with hotel because of the sauna and steam room options which were not available. The sauna is in the ladies room.but it was turned off and took a long time to heat up. The staff was friendly enough. the room was clean. Just the spa access was not uow it appears on thw website.

Other than the toilet being fussy, our stay was pretty great. It came to our attention that the water pressure while flushing wasn’t the greatest but overall, it was clean and comfortable

Good service, adequate stay for the price. Fine location. Bathroom and room was very worn and run down looking. Chipped mirrors, banged up furniture, old grout, peeling wallpaper etc. needs a refresh.

Staff was not professional and service was goes to negative rating they are not provided necessary items and also if you requested that then we want to go at front dask and buy from there, even water bottle also . I requested for blanket, some one talk with me and she told she provided it shortly but then after i go down and told her for blanket and she told me she is coming and give it at my door but still it was not at my door
