Amazing hotel in the heart of TO!!!
The hotel was beautiful and the housekeeping staff and front desk staff were lovely!!! There is a really swanky bar on the main level that seemed so classy and we wanted to have drinks before we left the hotel so on our last night we enjoyed a couple of drinks. The waiter and waitress didn’t seem to want serve us more than one drink in fact, the man brought the bill when we had decided we were going to have a second drink. They were not personable whatsoever and the lady a few seats down from me even had to ask for something to munch on. It seemed like they had better things to do than wait on customers. The glasses were nice and the ambiance was so inviting but the bar staff… yeah no! We will return for sure but we will find a different bar.

Lovely hotel with friendly attentive staff. Nice rooms - v very spacious and a good shower in a nice modern bathroom. It was helpful to have a fridge and tea/coffee topped up. the swimming pool was [art inside and part out = towels and beds were easy to obtain. some of the pool and changing room areas need updating, but we had no real issues. The food at Frenchy was lovely and the bar was well stocked - again lovely staff.

Loved this hotel will be going back, the bar at the indoor/outdoor pool was a nice bonus . The overall look was very nice as well and being able to text the front desk was convenient.
