The room that I booked was King Suite with Jetted Tu. I paid CA $227.46 and supposed to have breakfast included. However BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED. The hotel does not provide eggs or potatoes just some cold options that are not enough for all the guests. On the other side the room did not have a good smell. It did not smell clean at all. Very disappointed and feel that I overpay for a terrible pañce to stay.

We were asking for a table to be brought up to our rooms multiple times. Front receptionist would mention it would take five minutes and we would wait an hour before we called again. Four hours later when we went down and complained they said they didn’t have any tables. It was frustrating that they couldn’t accommodate us nor communicate that they didn’t have any tables.

Average hotel at a convenient location near airport which is busy and noisy. Asked desk reception if we can use 2 restaurant $5 (we booked 2 rooms) on one restaurant bill, answer is YES. However, when used for dinner, answer is NEGATIVE. Continental breakfast is included and a coupon needed B4 eating. HOWEVER, it was not given when checking in and was asked to go to reception to get it. This is redundant. Lastly, not enough people to clean desks after guests finished with their breakfast and new guests has a problem finding a clean desk. Elevator is really old, slow, and may need a long wait time at check out time. Still, an acceptable choice just for overnight stay.
